3. SMS and Phone Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from AllStar Martial Arts related to:

• Free trial confirmations and reminders
• Class scheduling and cancellations
• Membership-related communications
• Promotions and updates from AllStar Martial Arts

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Standard carrier rates apply.

4. Free Trial Terms

The two-week free trial is offered to new students only, one trial per person. The trial provides access to scheduled classes during the trial period. There is no obligation to enroll after the trial ends.

5. Membership Terms

If you choose to enroll as a member after your trial, separate membership terms will be presented and signed in person at the gym. Those terms govern your membership relationship with AllStar Martial Arts.

6. Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training involves inherent physical risks. By participating in classes at AllStar Martial Arts, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the waivers and releases signed in person at the gym. The information on this website does not replace those waivers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, videos, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AllStar Martial Arts. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AllStar Martial Arts and its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
